What does it feel like to live entirely in the real world, without the temptations of the digital one?
Earlier this year, after reflecting on the fact that I was too often attached to my smartphone, I spent 30 days completely free from social media. I documented the results this had on my mental health and well-being in a paper journal, and then wrote a final article post-digital-detox which has now been published over on the Oh Comely blog.
